Included
The ticket allows you to visit the two sections of the museum: immersive experience and exhibition path.
It doesn't include access to the laboratories, which can be booked and purchased separately.
Participants
Entrance is allowed to a maximum of 25 people per shift. To have priority and guaranteed access it is recommended to book your visit by purchasing the ticket online, especially on weekends and holidays.
Languages
The information-historical area can be visited in Italian and English. The narration that accompanies the immersive multimedia itinerary is available, with the use of special audio guides, in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

Please remember to book a ticket for those entitled to free admission as well.
The ticket is valid for a single entry only. Once the tour is completed, it is not possible to re-enter the experience. We kindly ask for your punctuality. In the event of a delay, you may request access to a later screening on the same day.
Museum staff reserve the right to grant late entry, provided there is actual availability within the various access sections.
Access to the two main sections of the museum is guaranteed for people with disabilities. However, the Workshop Area, located on level -1, can only be reached via stairs and is therefore not accessible to strollers or wheelchairs.
Admission is free for visitors with disabilities upon presentation of valid certification.
The immersive experience is currently not recommended for individuals with hearing impairments, visual disturbances, or photosensitive epilepsy.
Pinocchio Museum Experience loves animals. To avoid causing them discomfort or stress—as the Museum is a crowded environment featuring multimedia screenings in several rooms—we only permit small pets when carried in an appropriate pet carrier.
