Included
The ticket allows you to visit the two sections of the museum: immersive experience and exhibition path.
It doesn't include access to the laboratories, which can be booked and purchased separately.
Participants
Entrance is allowed to a maximum of 25 people per shift. To have priority and guaranteed access it is recommended to book your visit by purchasing the ticket online, especially on weekends and holidays.
Languages
The information-historical area can be visited in Italian and English. The narration that accompanies the immersive multimedia itinerary is available, with the use of special audio guides, in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
Important
The ticket is valid for a single visit. Once the tour is completed, the experience cannot be repeated. Maximum punctuality is recommended. In case of delay, it is possible to request access to a subsequent screening on the same day.
The Museum staff, if they find actual availability in one of the different access sections, reserves the right to accept the request for late access.
Access to the two sections of the museum is guaranteed to people with disabilities.
The laboratory area, located on the -1 floor of the building, can only be reached by stairs and is therefore not accessible to strollers or wheelchairs.
Admission is free for disabled visitors with appropriate certification.
The immersive experience is not currently recommended for people with hearing disabilities, visual impairments or photosensitive epilepsy.
Pinocchio Museum Experience loves animals. To avoid discomfort and possible stress, as the Museum is a crowded place with multimedia projections in some rooms, it only accepts small animals accompanied by their owners in a suitable carrier.
