The museum is located in the centre of Florence, in via Ricasoli 44, between the Duomo and the Galleria dell'Accademia.
The full ticket costs €14. Reduced tickets are available for children and families and free tickets for children under 4, journalists and visitors with disabilities.

The museum tour is open every 40 minutes, starting at 10:00 am and ending at 6:00 pm.

The visit lasts about an hour, of which half an hour is for the immersive multimedia part and half an hour for the area dedicated to in-depth study and play.
The museum tour follows a predetermined itinerary: multimedia and interactive installations, audiovisual content, and information panels allow you to delve into the world of Pinocchio. The immersive section of the museum is accessible via an audio guide system that allows you to listen to the story in Italian, English, French, or Spanish.
Pinocchio Museum Experience loves animals. To avoid discomfort and possible stress, since the Museum is a crowded place with multimedia projections in some rooms, it accepts only small animals accompanied by their owners in a suitable carrier.
The Pinocchio Museum Experience is located in the center of Florence. To stay outside the ZTL you can park at Fipark - San Lorenzo or at Fipark – Parterre. Inside the ZTL there are several paid garages, two of which are in via Ricasoli.
The museum tour is accessible at specific times based on language preferences and is divided into two sections:
• an immersive multimedia tour, with narration available in Italian, English, French, or Spanish;
• a bilingual area (Italian and English) dedicated to learning and play.
The Museum is well suited to an audience of all ages: its immersive journey allows the little ones to discover the story of Pinocchio for the first time and the older ones to relive it in a completely new way. For a correct understanding of the multimedia journey, the experience is recommended for children aged 4 and up. Under this age, access to the museum is free.
Yes, the two sections of the museum are accessible with strollers and wheelchairs. The laboratory area, located on the -1 floor of the museum, can only be reached by stairs. There is no elevator.
